CDSEO Pro Site Problems - need urgent help

I've just had CDSEO Pro installed on the 2nd of July & having quite a few site issues. Sales have come to a standstill - 1 sale in 5 days.
My categories can no longer be sorted by a customer. When they apply the sort feature, the "file not found" page appears and asks them to return to the front page of the store.
I keep seeing the page not found in my store statistics constantly over the last 5 days and I'm losing customers due to this.
My existing indexed pages in google are not being redirected to the new urls. Potential customers are hitting the landing page with "Page not found - The requested page does not exist or you are not allowed to access it"
I now have 3000 pages blocked by my robots.txt file in google webmaster. I am using the robots file you have suggested.
Another issue that I need fixing is the init.php file - i am seeing the customers urls as cdseo.pro in my store users online. I followed the instructions in the FAQ of the mod - and the coding in my file is slightly different to what is stated - so I dare not touch it.
I'm at desperation point for some assistance as I've lodged a ticket with support over 4 days ago, so hoping someone can help me out.
