Customer problems with submit button when checking out?

A lot of our customers are having the same problem when they try to check out. They click on the submit button but nothing happens.

This is a javascript issue and as far as I know, there are several solutions. First is to update javascript at www.java.com, the second is to click on a link on the home page for java being disabled in the browser.

Is there a better way to deal with this problem and avoid losing business?

I'd recommend not using javascript on the button and instead just link to cart.php?mode=checkout

Hi Jon, Thank you for the reply. A pleasant change from all the porn this thread was receiving.

Could you please explain a little more about linking the submit button to the cart. How would that work and how would you do it?
